Who you are buying from
3D Craze is a small operation in Washington State that designs, prints, and ships its own parts. Orders are fulfilled by us directly.
Products and descriptions
We describe every part as accurately as we can, including the equipment it is designed to fit. Photographs show the actual product, but colour can vary between screens and between print batches.
Our parts are 3D printed from plastic. They are made to be genuinely useful, but they are not the same as a machined metal component. Please use them for the purpose described on the product page. A part used well outside its intended purpose may fail, and that is not a manufacturing defect.
Where a part is described as compatible with a brand or model, that reference is for fitment only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of those manufacturers, and their names remain their own trademarks.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, though a change will never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout and is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Any tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders we cannot accept
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced through obvious error, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Shipping
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is outside our control. Full detail is on our shipping page.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out.
Returns
Returns are covered by our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty and liability
We warrant that a part will arrive free from manufacturing defects and will match its description. If it does not, tell us and we will replace or refund it.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Using this site
The text, photographs, logos, and product designs on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to parts of it that are not public.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
