Sewer caps seize. Grit works into the threads, the seal bonds itself to the fitting over a season, and what should be a two second job turns into ten minutes of skinned knuckles at a dump station. The usual improvised fixes, channel locks and screwdrivers, chew up the cap lugs and make the next removal worse.

This wrench solves that. The ring drops over the cap and the notches inside it capture the moulded lugs, so force goes into the lugs squarely instead of crushing them. The handle gives you the leverage your fingers cannot, and because the load is spread across every lug at once, nothing gets levered off.

Fitment

Designed for 3 inch Valterra style RV sewer and waste valve caps, including the standard four lug cap and the vented version. Check the lugs on your cap against the product photos before ordering. If you are unsure, send us a photo through the contact page and we will tell you straight.

This one lives outside, so we print it in a plastic selected to hold up to sun and summer heat rather than chalk and go brittle after a season in the weather. It is the same reason we do not print outdoor parts in whatever is cheapest on the shelf.

Store it and hang it dry. A generously sized hole at the end of the handle takes a hook, carabiner, nail or a length of paracord. Keep it hanging with your sewer kit, and after a rinse it hangs ring down so water runs off the ring instead of sitting in the bore.

How long until my order ships?

Most orders leave within 1–3 business days. Some items are printed once you order, which can take a little longer. Either way you get tracking by email the moment the label is made.

What are these actually made of?

Engineering plastics, chosen per part for heat, UV and chemical resistance rather than for what is cheap to run. Anything destined to live outdoors or in a hot vehicle is printed in a material rated for it, and the resistance that matters is listed on each product page.

Can I return something I ordered?

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We ship to the contiguous 48 states only, not Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses, so customs, duties and international returns never become your problem.
